I work closely with buyers, sellers, and first-time homebuyers, providing a personalized, one-on-one experience tailored to each client's goals, needs, and preferences.

As a homeowner myself, I understand the excitement—and the challenges—that come with purchasing a home. I take the time to educate my buyers about the process from the very beginning, including the key differences between pre-qualification and pre-approval from a lender’s perspective. Once under contract, I guide my clients through every important step, from meeting deadlines and managing escrow deposits to ensuring timely home inspections and loan commitments.

My focus areas include Deltona, Sanford, DeLand, and DeBary, where I have extensive knowledge of the local market and community dynamics.

My Passion

I chose real estate because I find genuine joy in helping my clients achieve their number one goal—becoming homeowners. Watching that dream come true is the most rewarding part of my work.

My Personal Enjoyment

Outside of real estate, I stay active in my local community and church, where I volunteer at a food pantry to help those in need. I also enjoy working out, biking, and exploring Florida’s beautiful springs—a perfect way to recharge and appreciate the amazing state I call home.
